AM&T offers excellent customer service and quality. We specialize in quick turnaround, prototype and production manufacturing of ferrous and nonferrous materials. AM&T is best known for precision machining of ALUMINUM, BRASS, BRONZE, CASTINGS, DIP-BRAZED UNITS, EXTRUSIONS, HASTELLOY, INCONEL, PLASTICS, and STEELS. Our main area of expertise is high tolerance and intricately machined parts for the medical, commercial, semiconductor, defense and aerospace industries.

EQUIPMENT& FACILITY

With our state of the art machining centers and ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System, AM&T offers high quality parts and assemblies. Our twin pallet machines, 4th axis capabilities, broaching and long hole drilling machines dictate faster setups and cycle time, delivering on-time deliveries and lower costs. AM&T’s CNC millers can machine up to 65" and our lathes have a 26" swing capacity. Our Mitutoyo and Starrett CMMs support our manufacturing with precision inspection.

About Our Team
AM&T consists of highly qualified, professional staff members who are dedicated to quality. Many of our employees have been part of our team for over 15 years. Our employees possess superb educational backgrounds, several with degrees in engineering, business management, and machining. Their specialized functional skill sets and wealth of practical knowledge in best manufacturing practices is our most valuable asset. They often offer design for manufacturability (DFM) advice. This advice is often incorporated into our customer’s design resulting in significant savings.
